Brow Lamination FAQs

Can I get Brow Lamination if I have permanent make-up? (Powder-brows/Microblading)

Yes, but you must wait a minimum of 4-6 weeks after brows have been microbladed or had any permanent makeup before you can get your brows laminated.

Can I get a brow lamination before my PMU procedure?

Yes, but you must wait a minimum of 2 weeks after your Brow Lamination appointment before getting your brows tattooed.

Can I use a growth serum on my brows?

Due to the fact that there are many brow growth serums on the market with many versions of formulations and ingredients, we are unable to offer specific conclusive advice regarding mixing brow growth serums and brow perm/lamination products. Each individual is encouraged to consult professional advice (dermatologist) to assess the condition of their skin and undergoing a brow lamination procedure.

How long does brow lamination last?

The lamination effect lasts up to 8 weeks.

I am pregnant/breastfeeding, can I do Brow Lamination?

We do not recommend using brow lamination if your client is pregnant or breastfeeding. There are a number of reasons including elevated sensitivity caused by hormones produced during pregnancy and after/during breastfeeding. Elevated sensitivity can trigger reactions and also inconsistent results. It would be best to avoid performing this procedure on pregnant or nursing moms, ideally waiting a minimum of 3 months (12 weeks) post breastfeeding
